Indeed if you leave them, they will stray your servants; they will never give birth except to the Fajir Kuffar.
Since all the people of Noah became transgressing disbelievers, Messenger Noah was praying to Lord as ‘whoever gets birth from them will also be the Fajir Kuffar, so you shouldn’t leave anyone from the disbelievers without destroying. See explanation 7: 101-102.
As explained in verses 3: 7-10, after 30th years of Messenger’s departure, those who read Lord’s Book are in three groups. Among them the Ledger of Kafir and Fajir who are the Fujjar is in Sijjeen of the Hell as explained in verse 83: 7. They are the Kuffar as explained in verses 83: 34, 36. As explained in verse 83: 29, the Mujirim Fujjar who are serving Satan will ridicule the believers who follow Adhikr. It is told in verse 32: 18 that Fujjar are the transgressors, and in verses 9: 67-68 it is told that the Hypocrites who are niggard and are commanding evils and are forbidding good and who have forgotten Allah are the transgressors, and for them and Kuffar Hellfire is promised.
These worst creatures who are following the footsteps of Satan by rejecting Adhikr-the Book for purifying the Soul-is destined to any of the seven doors of Hellfire as explained in verse 15: 44. Even though they are trying to extinguish the Light of Allah-Adhikr, Allah will spread It all over the world through the believers as told in verses 9: 32-33. It is told in verses 9: 54-55, and 84-85 that Lord Allah intends to punish the Hypocrites with their wealth and children, and that they have been perished while they are disbelievers. The scene of quarreling, arguing, and blaming among the Hypocritical leaders and their blind followers in the Hell is explained in verses 2: 165-167. See explanation 25: 33-34; and 58: 14-19.
